All houses are situated in the private Cloudbridge Nature Reserve, and you will have full access to the 250-hectare reserve area.  Maintained hiking trails lead directly from your doorstep to a variety of waterfalls. Staying at Cloudbridge is a perfect base for watching birds, including the Resplendent Quetzal and the Ornate Hawk Eagle.  You might see monkeys or a peccary, or enjoy a night hike with the biologist to look for rare frogs.

Cloudbridge relies on drinking water from a nearby spring.  Guests are welcome to converse with researchers about their studies.  There is an art studio on the property for art lovers, featuring works by a well-known Canadian artist depicting the trees and animals of the cloud forest.

Our cancellation refund policy is as follows:

6 weeks+ advance notice 100% refund, minus bank and exchange rate fees.
4-6 weeks 75% refund, minus bank and exchange rate fees.
4-2 weeks 50% refund, minus bank and exchange rate fees.
2 weeks or less 25% refund, minus bank and exchange rate fees
